How does the free trial work?
You get fourteen days of full Glacier access, every feature, every tier, with no credit card. After fourteen days, you have a seven-day grace period to add a payment method. After that, your workspace becomes read-only for thirty days. Your data is preserved. Add a card any time before then to reactivate.
What happens to my data if I do not subscribe?
Your workspace stays read-only for thirty days. You can still view everything, export to Markdown, and reactivate at any point. After thirty days we send a notice and archive after another seven days. Archived workspaces stay recoverable for thirty more days by emailing support. Total: about ninety days from the end of your trial before anything is permanently removed.
Why €10?
It's what serious tools charge. We're not undercutting Linear; we're outbuilding them — MCP-native OAuth 2.1, flow metrics, inline AI doc review. You pay what you'd pay for Linear Basic and get more.
Why is solo and team the same price per seat?
Solo founders pay €10. Same price as a 10-person team paying €10 per seat. No tax for being small, no discount for being big.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, through the customer portal. Switching to annual takes effect at your next renewal. Switching from annual to monthly also takes effect at renewal, no mid-period refunds.
Do you charge VAT?
We use Stripe Tax. EU customers see VAT on their invoices unless they provide a valid VAT number, in which case Stripe applies the reverse charge automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA Direct Debit for EU customers, and Apple Pay / Google Pay where supported. For Custom plans we can invoice annually.
Can I get a refund?
We do not auto-refund unused subscription time, but we will handle individual cases over email. If something is broken on our side, we will make it right.
Does it work with Cursor, Windsurf, or Zed?
Any MCP-compatible client works. OAuth discovery is RFC 8414 compliant, and we also support static API keys for clients that prefer those.
Can I self-host?
Not on Solo or Team. Custom plan includes deployment support and we are open to conversations about private instances.
How does agent attribution work?
Every edit, human or Claude, is attributed at the annotation level. You see who proposed what, when, and why, with side-by-side diffs before anything merges.
What happens to my data?
Stored on Neon Postgres in the EU. No training. No third-party access. Export to Markdown at any time.
